    New whip for this FOG

have this waiting in Houston to haul back in a couple weeks... a little more suited to long trips vs my current 12R

Still have that other one to drag out on those days when the kid in me wants to play...

I think it is because the site you tried to link it to requires a log in; hence why they showed up for you and not me. Then CSC has disabled the "upload" feature from your HD; only linking works now.

Nice bike though man! I'm sure that will be way more comfy on long trips than the ZX12. I really do love what BMW has done with sportbikes lately!

Thanks! yeah, after I linked to my own page it appears to work mo butta

It will be mucho better once I loose that monstrous chrome can and a few other odds and ends. Not to mention about 15 lbs in factory exhaust.

Very nice man, congrats. I was looking at the XR1000, test rode it and I'm rather impressed with it.

They look so much better with exhaust and a few things removed/trimmed.. not to mention lighter and mo power!

(not mine but the general idea of where mine will be)

Took it out for a good ride... liking it so far. Fat boy needs to loose some weight but it handles it fine on the single+ luggage or 2 up settings.

Re: New whip for this FOG

Update after 2 day ride in NM-AZ... great bike. Handles everything from 10 mph hairpins to 110 mph sweepers without a hickup. Cruise control will spoil you quick. Could use a little more spring for my fat butt but overall I likes it.

Canbus elec system is quirky.. need to add a couple resistors to cancel the warning lamp I have due to LED signals. Neat that all the systems can be monitored on the go on the GPS.
