So who to blame? Rider or cager? Cagers sure did get short end of the stick.
They both win awards.
The biker should have let it go and he's as much to blame as the cager but man that cager fucked up baaaaaad. Just from that video they can charge him/her not only cause of the hit on the biker but also cause he made the other car flip. Fucking idiots out here man and what's crazy is that in California the lane splitting deal is fully legal. Seemed like they had been going back and forth for a while. Hope everyone involved was okay, biker was a coward to not stop and face the music though.

I love this video! If I had been there, I would have ran up to that car, started pointing and laughing my ass off!! Dumb mother fucker should be charged with attempted murder.
The old guy in the pick-up was hurt and taken to the hospital, but not bad from what I've heard.
It started when the car got in the carpool lane and cut-off the bike.

I'm sorry but this shit made me laugh. need to make this into a fus ro dah video. lol!
I saw the CBS news report out of Santa Clarita where the reporter leads the video clip by saying, "A motorcycle rider kicked a car and caused a serious crash."
That mean old biker bully -- riding around and kicking innocent cars off the road for absolutely no reason ...
As usual dude we are always to blame and of course the video only shows from when he kicks the car but what happened before that? Lol fuck the media and the biased fucks that assume shit.

well to be honest that bike has a lot to answer for. I totally agree we don't see what happened but we all know a car is going to be hanging out with a bike like that unless the bike wants to.
road rage is road rage and just because us riders get sensitive and want to overreact to little things and play the what if games doesn't give us the right to attack people's personal property.
From other reports, the car came across 3 lanes, crossed the solid lines into the car pool lane and almost side swiped the bike... after dodging the car, bike went up along passenger side and gestured, then moved around to the drivers side, which is about where the vid starts.
Either way bike should have stopped.
