Loves me some V4s! Can't say I'd run out and buy one, but I'd love to take it out on a demo ride...

Retirement, the kids to leave home, the weather or the economy, that's not living. That's waiting!
Waiting will only leaves us with unrealized dreams and empty wishes.

1409?! What's the new Ducati rule in WSBK so they'll allow it?

Homoligation won't happen until 2019. There should be an R version sometime before 2019, released as the WSBK platform. So we will see what that displacement is. The current Panigale race bike is based on the 1199 not the 1299.

226hp? Whooo nelly .... also why does it say 1408 at the top but at the bottom on the model specs it says 1100cc?

Yeah 1100 displacement but the 1409 other number on their site. Maybe an internal project number or something? Looks impressive and can't wait to hear one in person.

Yeah this thing will be the next benchmark motorcycle, looks pretty insane. Hope Ducati will have one at their next demo day which I'm sure won't be demoed but will be shown. Sure do want to hear it with an exhaust
