2018 MOTOGP Season ****SPOILER ALERT*** *****WARNING - SPOILER *******

Oh yeah, I did it. We now have a new thread for the 2018 season which in fact starts tomorrow....

    ΜΟΛΩΝ ΛΑΒΕ

"So live your life so the fear of death can never enter your heart. Trouble no one about their religion; respect others in their views, and demand that they respect yours. Love your life, perfect your life, beautify all things in your life. Seek to make your life long and of service to your people. Prepare a noble death song for the day when you go over the great divide.
    "

"Finish today what others won't, so you can achieve tomorrow what others can't."

And Rossi renews for 2 more years with Yamaha, I'm sure Zarco is cursing a storm right now I honestly didn't see it coming given how this past season went for Yamaha and they haven t made any strides during the first round of testing, guess we'll see next week at Sepang how that testing goes, they must have made a breakthrough if he decided to carry on. Well at least I'll have a bit more time to finally get his picture and autograph. Only one I have to get for my shirt to be done.

Nvm on this, fake as fuck news no renewal from Rossi yet but Viņales did sign up

Yeah, some of the prelims were kind of eh at the time and I was waiting for the others to show up anyways lol. What I'm wondering about is if that info may be bogus cause usually MotoGP posts shit up like that quickly as well... guess we'll see soon enough

Those testing sessions were interesting, Yamaha back to the ways of the samurai, Lorenzo ripped the record a new one and the new school of riders putting up not only impressive but consistent times on the sessions and glad to see Tech3 offered my boy Hernandez a shot at possibly coming in for Folger this season, his times weren't bad at all to have been off a MotoGP bike for 2 years now. This season is cooking up to be very good march can't come soon enough

Yeah I definitely jumped the gun on that one, he will most likely decide in the next couple races and with how well they're starting off the season, wouldn't surprise me if he signs again

Sounds like both Dovi and Lorenso are digging the '18 duc...

Hoping for an even tighter grid for 18... and for somebody OTHER than Marquez to win in Austin this year!!!

    **cough** Dovi **cough**

Yeah Ducati definitely found their mojo and seems like the 18' bike is even better. The race at Losail is going to be insane, we'll see if Lorenzos current pace is all bark but no bite since last year he did a lot of the same. Everyone praising him for running that 1:58 this past week at the test but honestly a time attack lap doesn't mean shit during an actual race as we all know things are constantly changing. I see Dovi bringing it to the front runners again, specially MM. Glad the move by Lorenzo sparked him up.

Lorenzo put down a few screamer laps last year as well, but couldn't maintain the pace... I'll reserve judgement until the season starts.

Love him or hate him, still want to see him do well and go race distance, competitively, on the duc.

Yeah doesn't look like it'll be a problem for them as Petrux, Dovi and Lorenzo requested the engine to be tweaked a bit so the power delivery wasn't as aggressive and they got more than they asked for, an engine with more power and way more smoothness so this season these guys can be contenders even more so now. The factories are stacking up pretty good, can't wait for Losail

Bring on the racing! It worries me that Lorenzo is looking really fast but I'm happy that Ducati has finally got their eggs back in one basket. I hope this season is a six way beat down all the way until the end.

Wish they would have moved like that for Rossi when he was there lol but yeah Ducati definitely found their formula after all these years, their bike is top notch and no doubt if everything goes right, this may be one of the best championships we will see. Sure hope it is as you say

This MotoGP off-season test coverage sucks ass. There has been no actual live coverage like years past. This membership is being worth less and less to have and it wants to charge me an extra $20 to just give me live timing

That's the modern business model. Provide less and less, and charge more and more! Eventually, we will be charged for blank space...

I already pay for cloud storage for my personal PC backups... So, I guess we're already there :/

I'm still on the fence about my MotoGP membership. I haven't renewed yet, and I don't know if it's worth it, or if I should just upgrade cable package so I can get bein...
