Re: 2018 MOTOGP Season ****SPOILER ALERT*** *****WARNING - SPOILER *******

FWIW, when Playstation Vue did carry BeIN, it was all(MotoGP and WSBK) completely in HD. When I had BeIN on Xfinity, yeah MotoGP races were not in HD and neither were WSBK races.

For some reason Playstation Vue dumped BeIN last year as they were having contractual issues. Which is the price you pay for having cheap streaming TV. Playstation has the right to drop channels without you even knowing it.

I haven't renewed my MotoGP subscription(mine expires the usually in mid-Nov.) and I'm really not thrilled to renew for the new season. I'm sure I will but I'll wait until the week before the Qatar GP. For $150 for the season, and single camera view. You might think we'd get better service than what we get.

I'll have to agree on MotoGP's subscription issues. I love the 1080i they stream in now but sometimes during the popular races(Mugello, Silverstone etc.) their streaming service was complete ass!!! I had several times where my live streaming would either be choppy, act like it was buffering or just seize up altogether. I know it's not my internet connection, so the problem is on their end.

Yeah cancelled my GP subscription, fuck that. Not worth it... MM renews with Honda (shocker) and KTM signs with Tech3 for 2019

Guess it's a bit more official now, I'm sure we'll hear word soon of his renewal. Meanwhile Zarco must be shitting his pants

Like the get together for watching the race idea. Not buying Rossi news anymore 'till signatures these days Testing is just testing and all but maybe factory Yamaha found something today?

I'm sure in the next couple days we'll hear about it, the fact that Yamaha won't be ready for a contract on his team, he will just continue on for now and yeah by the looks of it, it does seem like the information from the Thailand and Sepang tests may have given them some answers granted the Yamaha has always been strong at Losail. Stay tuned for a meet up thread in the next week or so

I am definitely interested in the get together as long as it is riding weather, too far from home for a special trip

We'll see how weather is looking as we get closer to race week and make a decision on where to meet up.

Well so much for that, so the new Qatar schedule calls for 10am on the race now, don't know why but well that makes this idea a complete bust lol

Works better for us. We'll be doing our usual breakfast at the Tailgate at that time.

I did a search when I saw this and the only Tailgate I can find is in Parker and they do have TVs and do serve breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. Parker also solves my issue of not wanting to drive 40 miles to watch a race...

^^ I'd be down to meet at the Tailgate in Parker for the races... They do some good breakfast fairs.

Yup, good food. We eat there pretty much every weekend we're in town.

We know enough people here (yup, here now, like yesteday) we'll see what we can set-up.

Ok, they're going to reserve 15 for the big screen and will adjust up or down as needed. Probably no sound because they don't want to pump it through the entire restaurant. They suggested Tunity, whatever that is...

    Let's get a count going.

I will be there and I can cover the audio. Tunity is just an app to get the audio from a muted TV and then using a bluetooth speaker for decent sound and you are set. I did check and BeIN is a channel they carry
