what do you guys think of the KTM duke 390 2016 ABS for canyon riding?

If you're intent on doing some mild dirt use, I'm not sure the KTM is the right tool. BMW actually came out with the perfect mini-ADV machine for you, the G310GS.

If you're ok spring for a pricey-ish KTM, then I would look seriously at the BMW.
