April 22nd - A Rocky Mountain Ride For A Cure

All riders (regardless of brand or club affiliation), their friends and families are invited to join us at Fay Myers on Saturday, April 22 for the first Rocky Mountain Ride For A Cure - Bike Show and Poker Run!!! Proceeds to benefit the Avon Walk For Breast Cancer.

The event will start at 8:00 AM at Fay Myers Motorcycle World, just east of I-25 on Arapahoe Road. A pancake breakfast provided by Fay Myers Motorcycle World, donuts provided by Lamar's Donuts, coffee provided by Caribou Coffee and music provided by Denver’s new Country radio station, WILLIE, will start the day.

Our "Rider's Choice" Bike Show/Contest and a special Photo Opportunity for you and your bike with Sara and Keela of the Broncos Cheerleaders and some of Denver's finest Fire Fighters will be the highlights of the morning. All bikes must be registered and parked for the Bike Show by 9:30 AM. There will also be a special "Pink Ribbon" sale at Fay Myers!

Our Poker Run to Black Hawk (sponsored by the Isle of Capri and Colorado Central Station Casinos) will be the rider’s choice of the route to the Isle of Capri. Participants will receive the first and last cards of their poker hand at Fay Myers, and other cards at the Isle of Capri between 11:30 AM and 2:00 PM. (Poker Run details at registration)

Live music, Papa John's Pizza and our prize give-away will be at Fay Myers in the afternoon between 2:30 and 4:30 PM. Prizes include: a custom paint job for your bike, a helicopter "Discovery" ride, golf passes, gift certificates for major restaurants, premium hotel stays (no strings attached), a chance to win a new helmet or other cycle accessories, MSF Safety Training classes for you and your friends... and more!
