    Ride Sunday April 30

I wanted to get out riding this weekend and the weather is supposed to be nice on Sunday so I thought I'd hit up the Peak to Peak ride as there is a lot of talk about cops on the Deckers run.

Anybody have any report on the road conditions up that way?

Does anybody want to join me, or have another plan already in place for sunday?

I can't really organize the ride as I don't have internet at my new house yet. I'll be checking throughout the day today though.

Peak 2 peak was somewhat clean two weeks ago... clean enough. We took Coal creek back, and that was ridable... gravel spots up by the Wonderview cafe. Im down to ride this weekend; Sunday should be better weather. In all likelehood ill be at the conoco at 930am.

Rode the P2P from the top of Golden Gate north to the T at 7 last week with three others.

Road was in decent shape but that was before the two fronts this week. Gilpin County is heavily patrolled from Blackhawk to the Boulder county line. From there the Nederland sheriff is active.

After Nederland the experience improves significantly. Best part of last week's ride was the very sweet St. Vrain Canyon.

That was a great ride yesterday, except for the friggen sandbar at the bottom of the Central City Parkway!

I took a few pics that I'll post up soon.
