    Can You Find The Motorcycle?

Can you find the motorcycle? A picture is worth a thousand words.
The Honda rider was traveling at such a "very high speed", his reaction time was not sufficient enough to avoid this accident. Swedish Police estimate a speed of ~250 KM/h (155mph) before the bike hit
the slow moving car side-on at an intersection. At that speed, they
predicted that the rider's reaction time (once the vehicle came into
view) wasn't sufficient enough for him to even apply the brakes. The car
had two passengers and the bike rider was found INSIDE the car with them.
The Volkswagen actually flipped over from the force of impact and
landed 10 feet from where the collision took place.
All three involved (two in car and rider) were killed instantly. This graphic demonstration was placed at the Stockholm
Motorcycle Fair by the Swedish Police and Road Safety Department.
The sign above the display also noted that the rider had only recently
obtained his license. At 250 KM (155 mph) the operator is
traveling at 227 feet per second. With normal reaction time to SEE-DECIDE-REACT of 1.6 seconds the above operator would have traveled over 363 feet while making a decision on what actions to take. In this incident the Swedish police indicate that no actions were taken.

Its not surprising that the Swedish Police have this on display. They are trying to get people to not replicate the stunts of Ghost Rider there in Stockholm.

Its unfortunate, because Ghost Rider is popular in Sweden. I'm sure lots of new riders see his videos and want to try and imitate what he does. What they don't understand is he's a rider of over 30 years of riding experience. An ex-racer, and the fact that he's just that good. Not saying that something can't happen to him, but after doing what he's done for the past five years and not wrecking is astounding.

Course last I heard after his last video Ghost Rider 4, he's decided to go into retirement from that kind of riding. Which is a smart move, because sooner or later he'll end up in a serious crash or in jail. From what I've gathered he's on the Swedish Most Wanted list....

That picture has popped up several times in the past. My understanding is that car was hit by a bike, but not that bike. If you look that bike is WAAAYY too intact for a 150mph impact. There really shouldn't be any plastics on it and the back is just in too god of shape for the severity of that collision.

I've heard that bike was "placed" in that car for the dramatic effect and probably so people can actually tell that it was a motorcycle.

Be polite. Be professional. But be prepared to kill everyone you meet.

have you never seen pieces of straw shot through solid wood doors by huricane or tornado force winds (and other things like it)?? high speed can cause plastic to slice through metal too. energy is a strange thing....
