    F2 rear shock fitment...

    I was wondering...

Can anyone confirm or deny the fitment of a rear shock designed for the Honda F3 fitting on an F2? I'm aware of different spring rates being required- I'm figuring on different linkages- but will it physically fit?

    Thanks.

I cannot confirm 100%, but the shocks I see on ebay usually say F2/F3. From what I've been told, you can make any similar shock fit, it just may take alot of effort.

If that's all it takes- we're in good shape. I've got a couple of really big hammers!

Actually, the more I read about it, the more I think it'll fit. Seems like a lot of people use F4i shocks on both the F2s and F3s- and if that's the case, then the F3 fitment shock I've got coming should fit just fine...

Found a spankin' new Fox TC for $300, fitted with the proper spring...

Now I've just got to get the damned thing running.
