Rim locks - How tight should they be?

I can't find anything in my manual for how tight the rim/bead locks are supposed to be on the WR 250 and 450. Do ya just snug 'em or crank them down all the way 'til they stop?

They can/should be fairly tight as long as they're not pinching your tubes. Don't crank them down so much that you can't remove them out on the trail though.
