Just wanted to comment on Cyclegear.com http://www.cyclegear.com.
If you need it and they sell it I would definately recommend buying from them. I recently purchased two Motrax parts from them. One of the items was a tank protector. WhenI gotthetank protectot it had some VERY small cracks in the plastic. After pulling of the backing off, the protector broke in two.
I called customer service at cyclegear.com and within minutes I had my problem corrected. They only had to verify my account and address and had a new protector on it's way to me that afternoon. The new protector was in perfect shape and is now on my bike.
I think itwould behelpful to post any similar experiences and online stores to help out others in the market for parts.
