Exhaust on a GSX-R750 - any experiences?

So anyone w/ a Suz.750 done an exhaust and seen a positive difference in performance? I actually like the look of the stock system better than the Yosh. so if it is not noticeably better there is no point. The full stainless system and PCIII is some dough!

i have a buddy with a two brothers can on his 05 750. no PC. it sounds good or better than it did. but you really are not going to see any power gain without a PC and correct map. all your gonna do is change sound. my advise save your pennies you can find a used PC3 for around 250 all day long. you will not regret it

What year of 750? If it's listed, I just missed it. I've got an 03 750 and YES the exhaust and PC make a difference. I'm getting 127hp at the wheel and the biggest things I've done is a full Yosh TRS system with a PCIIIr system. Haven't seen a bigger gain with anything else yet.

I'm with you on the thread concept - just didn't want to start another thread for a quick question like that, but this works.

3/4gixxer- It is an 05'. Who's map(s) are you running since it has worked well for you?

That's the best part. I don't have a "custom map" though I'd like to. I got my PCIIIr from Hard Racing and told them my mods (TRS, K&N and Full Yosh TRS). They put in a premade map and I've never really had any probs. Good power all the way through without any major hiccups.

Good info. I was starting to doubt from what some people were saying about only see a difference for racing applications.
