    Tuesday nights at Pueblo

I have been emailing back and forth with Earlene at PMP

Orginally PMP had set up a motorcycle only night on Tuesday nights....very similar to what SCR did Thursday nights

Do to poor attendance they decided to cancel that program

However, Earlene has received enough requests to try it again through the end of August

So lets get out there and support this before we loose the opportunity for track time.

    Tuesday nights 5p- dusk $50.00

    See you out there

FANTASTIC turn out. Thank you so very much. See some of you next Tuesday. We are starting the evening ride at 4:30pm to try and offset the sun setting earlier.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you,
    Earlene

    Chris,

You need just a few things

    1. A safety class from Pueblo or a nationally recognized trackday organization (with a card to prove it!)

    2. A full leather suit or a 2 pc suit that zips all the way around to connect the two peices

    3. Good boots the cover your ankles

    4. Good gloves that cover your wrists

    5. A good helmet that covers your head

    6. a back protector

    7. All of the anti-freeze out of your bike and replaced with straight water

    8. Lights off (fuses removed) and taped over

    9. Mirrors removed

    10. Good tires and brakes

    11. (most important) a zest for fun and a good attitude!

I was thinking about going on Monday with my son, but just to check it out.

Is it worth going just to watch and hang out or should I wait until I can ride the track?

It's always cool just to stop in and hang out too. You get to see what you need to run the track and maybe meet some good people and get some track specific advice.

Woah, anti-freeze removed? Can you continue to use it on the street with just water or do you just have to go back and forth? And how often are these safety courses offered?

Just don't leave it outside during the winter--a frozen bike goes nowhere..

You can use water wetter with the distilled water, just change back to antifreeze before it gets below freezing next winter. You are running coolant, antifreeze just keeps the coolant from freezing.
