My R6 racebike - after the paintjob

I just got the R6's bodywork back from the being painted ( to Morse Custom Fiberglass), so I thought I'd post some updated pics. I still need to get a clear windscreen, graphics, and paint the lower (going to do that myself).

    Great looking bike, Bob!

Technically you're not supposed to run tinted windscreens on a race bike, which is why he wants the clear.

Because when you have your helmet planted on the tank at 130mph you actually use the windshield to look out through, tinted ones can make issues in that whole visual thing...

What they (yakuza & rforsythe) said.

My R1 has a tinted windscreen (to complete the red/white/black on the top half of the bike), but I never tuck down to where I have to look through it - I've been down that low, and tried a few times just to check, and I can't see much through it - mind you, I wear sunglasses under a dark tinted visor, and the screen is dark tint as well! Here's a picture of the 2 bikes side by side - you'll see what I mean about the R1:

Thanks! Are any of them double-bubble? If you're offering, I may take one off your hands as a spare - Morse is having some made, and I've already ordered one.

    Thanks Bob.
I'm having it painted in black and orange. Neon orange that is. Barnicle also finished my suit (black/orange) and was joking how he needed sunglasses when stitching it up. So, I guess I'll be spotted from 1000 yards out in my "don't hit me color".

That's freakin hilarious! They look identical! Hmm, Ray's bike is missing, and Bob's got one that looks just like it - what do you have to say for yourself Bob? "Uh, I uh, yea that's it, I just uh, I just got the bodywork back from being painted... yea, that's the ticket! Thanks BTW, I always planned on painting it red, I just decided that, of all the different schemes for the R6, I liked the '02 the best.
