Thread: Sept 2 ride

  1. #1

    Sept *3rd* ride

A few of us are planning to head up Stove Prarie road into Poudre Canyon and all the way out to Walden for lunch.

THis is a long ride. 300 miles round trip... more like 350 for you Denver folk.

Meet Sunday at 8:15 am at the Starbucks on 287 and SOuth Boulder road.

Right now the group going is relatively fast, if we get more people we can run a few groups at different speeds...

Post up and let me know.

We leave at 8:30, no exceptions... I hate leaving late, we hit too much traffic.

Count me in for sure. That last trip (8/13) was a blast. Too bad video didn't come out (I don't think the camera liked the wheelies on the way back)

You were in front of me and I guess you can't count 0.5 seconds of air a wheelie

LoL yeah you can call that a brain fart. I must have thought it was too good to be true and imagned it was Saterday. But in light of it being Sunday yes you can 100% count on me being there, unless I'm dead but even then my soul will be there;-p

P.S. anyone heading out there from Aurora feel free to tag along.

Bassil Duwaik & Craigar - We can definately meet up. I'm in SE Denver (Aurora). We could meet at the Shell Station at the Corner of W Coalfax & Kalamath. I know it's a popular meeting stop on Friday/Saturday nights. Say around 7:30? Let me know what you think. ERiC 303.815.5070

Sounds good. I'll take 225-25-colfax. But do you think that 30min is enough time for us to get there?

FWIW, there were two CSPs on bikes near Rustic two weekends ago. With this being a holiday weekend, you might keep an eye out for them.
