    Morrison to Aspen Sept. 23

I'm leading a ride to Aspen next Saturday to enjoy the changing colors in the high country. We're meeting at the Morrison gas station at 8:45 am, kickstands up at 9:00. The route is posted at www.grouprider.com. http://www.grouprider.com/rides.php?...ide&rideid=663. We'll stop for lunch in Aspen and probably take the same route home that afternoon. Hope to see you at Morrison!(I'll be the one in the red boots)

Ok, so the passes are going to be covered in snow this Saturday and I don't have studded tires, so this has been pushed back to the 30th. The purpose of the ride was to enjoy the fall colors, so let' hope the trees are holding onto their leaves until then. If not, the roads are still great!

It was green in many places yesterday on Independence and McClure Passes.

This AM on Vail Pass. Looks like I might have to buy new racing slicks for my Exige to get back from Vegas...
