I borrowed Shane's ktm for this. Havn't been on a hare scramble in 10 years so don't laugh to hard when I puss out half way.
I may have to throw the dirt set back on the YZ, got the KTM up on a stand and found the wheel bearings needed replaced, so I am going to tear it down and check all the bearings, and replace the plastic, ordered the shit today, so I doubt it'll show 'till next week. Guess I'll wait and see if they are going to run this on Sunday or not.

Just looked at the website and it is rescheduled for 2/4. I wasn't going to make this Sunday anyway, parts didn't arrive yet and I didn't really want to convert th YZ back to dirt and get it covered in mud, besides I still need to break in the new top end.
... well, if you give me $25, you can come over and I'll kick your ass for you ? ... (not talking bikes or anything)...

Looks like the rescheduled date has been bumped again to the 18th. Now the next regular scheduled race will be on the 11th and then the make up will be a week after that. Hopefully there will be some racing some time this winter.At least this gives me time to get the Katoom fixed up.

So here is the KTM put back together. Man I love the smell of 2 stroke in the garage! F'ing thing hauls, wheelies as nice as the YZ, can't wait to get her out. I can see it will need some carb tunning though.
It came with orange plastic, but I have never really been a fan of the pumpkin colors.
UGH I can't wait to get back on my dirty!

Get it done and go to the Hare Scramble, what could you need to do? Bike's relatively new ain't it? And it's a suzuki so it should own.
Well now that you mention it... I need to do very little work.. But if you know a few things I wouldn't mind some help... Bearings etc... and YEs I'm intrested in these Hare Scrambles

Looks like the race is still on for Sunday, heard they they are scraping the track.
Bertha, I'll probably be racing the next two weekends, but if you need some help I can give you a hand, do you have the service manual on your bike?
I am sure it could survive another ride or two.
The MX tracks are open at Berthoud, I think I am heading up there to get my jetting dialed in, anyone else?
That track will put a hurtin on ya. Have fun I would go but still looking for another bike.
