    Suzuki tops in pre-season...

Hopkins on top (so far) in MotoGP, and Biaggi on top in WSB. Should be interesting seasons ahead for both!

Glad to see Suzuki is getting back on track in MotoGP, and should be a lot of fun to see Max in WSB. :thumbs up:

Glad to see they finally gave Hopper a good bike. He's one of my favorite riders and has a ton of natural talent. That he is running lap times similar to the 990 bikes times is really impressive.

I'm interested in seeing how the MV fares also. Should be interesting seasons in ALL classes. There's major changes in the AMA line-ups with Hayden replacing Yates for Suzuki, and I'm SURE Mladin want's his #1 plate back. Yamaha looks to be mounting a serious effort there as well. Since the displament advantage Hardley already enjoys in FX isn't enough for the "Stone-Axe-Tech Motor Company" to be anything but midfield will they get to add a 3rd or 4th cylinder?

Max Biaaaatchi in WSB should be interesting. Can he win the title back from Bayliss? Will Ducati get the displacement advantage (totally not needed so far) they want? Stay tuned....

    Re: Suzuki tops in pre-season...

It's difficult to say at such an early stage for any of the new era 800cc bikes.

I HOPE Suzuki does better next year, but testing times now really don't mean much until the first green light. They've always been pretty decent at qualifying. I think it's the race pace they can't keep up with.

I'm sure Honda/Yamaha/Ducati will get their setups dialed in much sooner than Suzuki or Kawasaki come race day.

Talking about Kawasaki... I have yet to hear about their 800cc effort... Any one know if they actually have 800cc bikes out there already in testing?
