Exactly! Do we need a disclamer! Just trying to help out people since I have been all about fitness for the last 8 years and want to spread the knowledge that took me a long time to figure out and I wasted a lot of time when I wasn't working out correctly. I do everything I preach though and am at the gym at least 5 days a week and have transformed myself from a skinny guy in a few years.
