This is horrible news, I don't even know what to say. I only met Gene a few times, but he treated me like we'd known each other for years. He was one of the most kind-hearted people I've ever met. My heart goes out to his family, friends, and all the people who's lives he touched.
RIP Gene. You won't be forgotten.I'll have one last shot of Patron for ya buddy. I wish it could be with you instead.
