W00T!!! -- While I was driving back from the track, I just got a smokin' deal on the following trailer!Next season I'll have a trailer.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...m=230051063802
That trailer was bought 2 years ago for $7000, and it is still in mint condition...
I'm stoked, and looks like I'll be planning a road trip to Alpharetta, GA to pick it up later this week...
It has plenty of room for 4 sport bikes, plus it is 7 foot tall, and I can put in the E-Track clamps, a few 2x4's and some plywood and create overhead storage area...
Wish I could have had it for this weekend though...

Terra,
That looks like a really nice trailer. Upgrading trucks?
Congratulations Terra on the trailer, four bikes...save me a spot on it. And congratulations too all who made it out there and had a great time. Wish I could have been there!!!
If you don't like me I'll shave your cat, steal your extension cords, not limited to your multiple supply outlet adapters and raid your fridge. Please don't let this inhibit you from contacting me, just be mortified;-p
Yes indeed what an awesome day. You two only made me jump once or twice when you flew by me but it's all good.Originally Posted by cosp600rr

Not on your life - I love my Taco!Upgrading trucks?
To bring it to the level it needs, I will be upgrading it with:
1) A Reese WDH with built-in sway kit
2) Roadmaster Active Suspension
3) And my personal favorite:

Big thanks to RYBO for the track help and posting the Pics!
And thanks to Terra the photographer!
It was nice to see familiar faces and meet some new folks as well.
Great day!
Isn't the Tacoma the little one? Seriously, my dad pulls a 16' cargo trailer with his ton dually (thats used for other things too obviously)... I could probably pull it around empty with my ranger, but loaded, wouldn't even hook it up. The tongue weight (with 4 sportbikes) would probably be more than the little "toy" trucks should have, let alone max trailer weight. Most of them have enough horsepower/torque to "pull" the trailer on flat dry roads, but when you start going up a hill prepare to be in the slow lane.. also when you start going down the hill, pray you don't have to brake
http://www.trailersforless.com/7x16_cargo_trailer.html
That one will be heavier due to the V-front and the heavier axels.. starting minimally at 2500 lbs, before any gear/bikes/stuff.

... so, yea, I have some debt
Glad everyone had a good time - Wish it would have been easier for me to come. Nice trailer Terra. If you're going all the way to Georgia, you might as well hit up Deal's gap while you're at it

Ken, you bring up a good point about Deals Gap. Too bad he is picking up the trailer and not hauling one out there.....I'd be up for a road trip and Deals Gap.Originally Posted by *KEN*

I had a great time Sunday. Much thanks to all who came. I was mostly impressed by how well everyone worked together and really created a friendly environment. Again, thanks to all that came and more thanks to those that offered their help . . . Rybo.
It was a great day. Thanks for coming out. Sorry I didn't get to say good bye before you and your wife had to take off.

Who says we couldn't rent a 6x12 UHaul trailer and then load up our bikes into my new trailer for the haul back...Too bad he is picking up the trailer and not hauling one out there.....I'd be up for a road trip and Deals Gap.
Ehhh, ehhh, wink-wink-nudge-nudge, say no more - say no more...
