I have a 2006 Kawasaki ZX-10R, 4500 miles.
Here is my problem. Before I took my front tire off, it would only turn about 1 revolution, and seemed to be "binding." I took the front tire off to get a new tire mounted and balanced. Got my tire mounted, repacked the wheel bearings and re-installed the tire. It spun free like butta' then I put the brake caliper's on.... 1 revolution.
So I narrowed it down to the brakes, and suggestions? I did have the brake lines replaced with Spiegler's and had them filled with race fluid. Should I take the caliper's off, removed the resevior cap, and press the piston's completely in? Hopefully this will relieve any pressure in the system or am I completley off?
Also any new brake pad suggestions? I might as well replace those too.
Thanks for any input!
