Just got back from the US Nationals in Atco- WOW! It was a drag racers dream. Street bike classes going 185-195 MPH- no bars. It was fantastic! The bikes were beautiful.
Got to see Larry "Spiderman" McBride- top Fuel bike run a 5.88, Reggie Showers, etc......
And the gambling on the racers! Cash that I couldnt believe.
Can't figure out why we dont have that kind of participation here. Bandimere is a premier track compared to Atco.
I always wanted to see Larry M run his bike. I wonder why bikes like his dont come to Bandimere, that would be a great show
