That's fine, however you see this change as positive and I negative. You (my assumption of course) are willing to give up personal freedoms and liberty for, what you see as, the greater good. I however see my personal freedom and liberty as the mechanism to achieve the greater good, not government.

We shall see where this country goes. If our new President keeps any of his promises (actual policy initiatives, not his vapid platitudes) I feel that this country will look worse off then it did under Bush. Only time will tell.
