as always it is great to get a break from the cold weather and shred some tires out there.
especially with fellow rider minded people.
it was really crowded today and made for a semi-distracting day.
i only had 2 incident's where i was uncomfortable.
one more reason to go there on the weekdays.

Traded time every session 1/2 250, come in and get the tard for second half. It is a blast to ride, still getting used to carrying way more speed thru the corners, only to get smoked in the straights.
They are really easy to ride though, yea bring it out and we can dice it up with the DRZ's
Some softer tires would be nice too

actually I still have the feelers on and was just hitting them. However I had my MX boots and the toes got ground up a bit, not to mention made it a bitch to shift

sorry i missed most of you that came early, showed up around noonish. was hella fun though. that little boy was freakin awesome! I think i saw him slid his foot on the ground. A couple more IMI track days would be great, Imi seems to work those muscle back into shape pretty fast. Also no time to relax like pueblo, it for sure is great for conditioning

I did see a few tards lay it down and a few other "moments" coming out of the corner in front of the pit...
I think Im going to get up there soon just to remember what its like to ride lol

Yeah I was thinking about that last night after seeing the pic, I guess the traction control or whatever it was did it's job lol. I didn't even think about it at the time, whole lotta luck and a little Kawi engineering.... I know that I panicked, didn't chop the throttle but sort of eased back out but still kept it going....
Almost high sided, nothing like bring all the way over and then having the rear start sliding to the side, some guys like it, I don't.
Yeah yeah, everyone likes to see the yellow dude freaking out....Glad I came out, it was worth it to see Jay almost have a heart attack in that turnHopefully everybody stayed safe!

Yeah it's a track, small one but still.....sh*t happens. At least no one got hurt.
All in all, great day, crowded but wasn't crazy, just a whole lotta fun.
Wow, so there were sportbikes earlier in the day... I went down there around 3 and it was almost wall-to-wall SUMO. Never seen that many tards out there at once -- it was very cool to watch!! Also, I'd never seen the quads out there racing -- with their tires coming up off the ground and sliding through the corners.
I had a good time but way too much traffic for such a little track. It was nice to get back on the bike, now I need to get back into riding shape.
