I was the guy behind you. Not sure what happened.
It was just a plume of dust and red flags
when I got there. It looked like 2 skid marks.
Other than that I don't know. Glad your ok though.
I'll check the videos I took but I'm sure it
will be a blur.
He's the guy that was kind enough to gimme a ride down there. He ended up using the warmers after it was determined I had no need for them.
Please let me know when you pull the video. I need to find out what happened both prior to and after the wreck.
Update: Found instrument cluster on the 'bay for $100. Schwing.

Just glad everyone made it back up without a ride to the Pueblo emergency room.
And except for one bike the rest I saw looked fairly repairable.
I didn't see the turn 10 rider and bike, glad to hear it wasn't any worse, though +1 on ribs being a painful injury.
Sorry for being a rolling road block (didn't even get the last 1/4 inch of chicken off the new rear) but there was no way I was going to risk an uninsured get-off.
Thanks Eldan, Jen, and Scott for talking me into coming down, it was fun.
Though after riding down, doing the track, and riding back, I was beat.
And I agree with everyone:
Rule #1.5
Scott is no longer permitted to ride with AMA sanctioned riders.
(Except for the race later this season.)
Be assured that a walk through the ocean of most souls would scarcely get your feet wet.
I was also behind you and by the time I got there all I saw was a huge cloud of dust. I told myself not to look, don't look at it...don't look at it...so I didn't see much.
Glad that you are alright. You will be back before you know it
^^^Sounds like what goes through my head with an added stop fucking looking at its not the road.

Not exactly the kind of thing I wanted to be known for!
On a side note, those gloves are working out nicely for me.

Thanks Mike. As I said, the most likely cause of the spill was my body positioning which wasn't aided by a very tight-fitting suit. All my fault though... time to pick up the pieces and remember my lesson.
I'm hoping that the gentleman behind me who was running video will pull it soon and see if there is anything I can use to learn from, as well as see exactly what the bike did after the bin.

Zach, I have that autograph for you, let me know if you are going to be at the tech day or noob ride (although you are without a bike) so I can bring it.
If you still want to go on the noob ride, I will let you ride mandem with me

Did you just took your street bike and used it as a track bike.....?
LMAO, do you even have any experience or is that your first time in the track?
Good luck to you KID....
Bondi, what is so uncommon with someone taking thier street bike to the track? I mean, how else do you expect someone to actually gain experience unless they take thier bike to a track where you are in a controlled environment. Not too many people have the luxury of being able to afford both a street bike and a track bike. So you make do with what you got. Nuff said.
For My Diavan
I would give someone more credit for using their street bike for a track day vs. someone who won't do a track day with out a track-only bike ...but that's just me.
