Calling an illegal alien an "undocumented immigrant" is like calling a drug dealer an "undocumented pharmacist"

That out of 2.7 million (presumably) Americans, 82k think the 2nd Amendment doesn't give the right to bear arms, and 27k simply replied "Huh?".

That's like isn't there some statistic that some large % of Americans couldn't point to Washington DC on a map, and that sort of thing.

I'm not saying that it's surprising, just that it was probably Jim's point.

Why don't we just start voting this in the undecided direction?

I voiced my opinion. To bad it doesn't mean anything to the USA today people. Unless it was the other way in which case it would be undisputed proof that Americans want more gun control.

I voted undecided. Personally I don't think the Constitution is relevant to today's modern society.

Sure it is. The Constitution is open to interpretation and therefore our opinions as citizens are important. If most people think it's a stupid amendment we can change it by having our judges change the way they read it....

Thankfully that opinion isn't shared by many.

    Re: USA Today quick question

November ballots should have looked like:
Who do you want to be President?
    O Barrack Obama
    O John McCain
    O Undecided

That would've cleared up at least where everyone's heads were I guess...

Someone should remind them what happened the last time they tried that shit. They lost control of the congress in 1994 and the presidency until they stopped making it an issue and instead making Bush's policy a better idea. But you can't fuck with the constitution no matter what they think.

The powers that be slimed their way into office to fix the Patriot Act, stop the Realestate nose dive, and make sure that we all have shitty jobs to keep us busy and fat so we don't mind getting taxed to death.

So far he has failed on all of them but the tax hikes and gun control will be the nail in the coffin of Failed Democrat policy in 2010.

But your right there are stupid people in Washington D.C. that think stuff like this up.
