Hardwood flooring for your interesting trades?

As soon of you know I used to do hardwood flooring. Now I manage the hardwood division for the largest flooring company in Colorado. I do enjoy getting out and doing it from time and time and keeping my skills sharp. I would be open to do trades for my services for your intersting stuff. Anywhere from a trade for a tv, firearms, all the way up to dirt bikes and even street bikes. Let me know if any if you out there are intersted!

Also will do jobs for cash as well. If you know of anyone looking to get something done that wouldnt mind the work on the weekends or at nights please let me know. I can give a hell of a price!

I'll let Rita know about it as we're looking at getting some of the floors in our new place converted to hardwood including her craft area and the living room (well it'll be the gym when we're done ).

Yes I do install wood stairs. treads, caps, risers, skirts, etc. That is probably one of my favorite things to do. They look amazing when done!

Yup. Have a huge buying power so I can get it cheaper than lumber liquidators usually.

Lumber liquidators deals in surplus. So you never can be assured that you will always get the same mill run and quality. They are like a Ross or TJ Max. They buy up invintories of material that is either discontinued or not popular. Just a lil tid bit of info

we def took a decent hit earlier this year. we were staying decent until jan then in feb it dropped. the staff at our office went from 17 to 7. in the span of 3 months. we are running on the bare minimum of what we can to operate. our Denver operation went from roughly 600 employees to under 200.

we are still turning profits and keeping afloat. we have some very large local builders and some national builders as well. were still working on atleast 6-10 house starts a week which is damn good for this economy. our goal is just to outlast our largest competitor and come out on top.
