    Track info for a noob

Anyone reccomend an event or class that offers either track etiquette or actual track racing? I am really interested in starting to track ride, but I don't want to just show up to the track and look like a tool. Any advice would be cool. Also, I hear theres a track in Denver that has a begginer day like once a month. Whats the word on that hotness?

Come spectate the races at www.highplainsraceway.com . We will be there next weekend. Talk to Scott Rybo #69, or anybody else and ask about chicanne. Top rate organization.

Just like everyone else said. Sign up for the Chicane track on the 16th of August. You'll love it and Chicane is top notch!

+1 for Chicane Trackdays expecially for noobs. Without Scott and his trackdays I wouldn't be hitting the track and having as much fun as I do. He help turn me from a noob to the track to an addition to the track. Gain a lot of experience from Scott and several others.

Fellow noob here. I signed up for the Chicane track day on August 16th and the "Never Ever" class. From what I can gather, it's a half day of instruction at no charge followed by the second half of the track day at some reduced rate. Seems like a great deal to me. You should go, then I won't be the only dope...

Re: Track info for a noob

If any of you "Never Ever" guys have any questions feel free to shoot me a PM. There is a good chance I'll be your instructor that day.

Also, like Neil said, come check out some of the racing this weekend. Really allows you to get a feel for things, see how people prepare to ride, what they bring with them, etc!
