    I can say from personal experience, do what the doctors say, and wear your cast. I had a habit of removing mine before I was supposed to, and I have some potentially permanent damage and ongoing pain as a result.

    Anyways, it was hard to do day to day things while casted....so I just worked around it! My photo shoot for the calendar was done with a fully broken foot. I have broken more bones than I care to count.
