Sorry I had to miss this day
Sounds like everyone had a blast...but I guess missing only one track day for the ENTIRE season isn't too bad now is it?!
Plus I have to save my $$$ for a trip to the Bahamas this next week
I made the trip up from Albuquerque to check it out --- great time. Article posted here.

Thanks to all the folks I met in the pit and made me feel welcome. I joke and sometimes say that moving to Albuquerque was like putting myself in exile --- sometimes I have to get out of the sandtrap and make sure I can still ride.

I'm a little late posting here because today was career fair at school and I have been busy as hell getting my resume and my act together to get a job. Anyway, it was my first track day and I had an incredible time. I have been riding a little over three years, and I learned more on Sunday than I have over the past three years combined. In fact, today some guy in a Tahoe locked his brakes up when I was right behind him, and I had no problem stopping in time. A week ago, I probably would have went off the road to avoid him or skidded my back tire and went straight into his trailer hitch because I was always afraid to brake too hard. Well, the instructors were awesome, everyone there was awesome, and it's killing me that I'm not on the track right now. Thanks again Scott for setting these days up, and I can't wait to see everyone out there again!
