    Proud Dad.

So this should have gone in Giving to others but it fits here also.

A couple of days ago my little girl (5yrs old) asked her mom what a homeless person was. Mom gave her the truth as always.
Today she asked for a box and trash bag. She had gone into her room and picked out toys she dont use or play with "for the homeless kids who wont get Christmas" she said.
Monday after school she wants to bring 2 bags of stuffed toys and 2 boxes of barbie stuff to the local shelter.
She only wanted to keep a few toys to hold her over till Christmas.

Could a Dad ask for any more than that? I would say NO WAY!!

Those are the moments that make the memories of all the tougher times vanish. Good on you and your wife.

I rarely think of motorcycles without a little yearning. They are about moving, and humans, I think, yearn to move – it’s in our cells, in our desires. We quiet our babies with cyclic movement, and we quiet ourselves by going.

    Re: Proud Dad.

    Thanks guys.
Well after she did that she has now talked to her friend and that child has done the same!
The local shelter went from empty shelf to enough for many kids!
On top of that Mine has also collected 2 large boxes of food so others can have a turkey dinner.

I think it's great. (it's hitting the wallet hard But it's great!)
