    FYI, rooms for PPIR

The state fair is in Pueblo the same weekend we're in PPIR! BOOK YOUR ROOMS NOW! Most of Pueblo is sold out, and Colorado Springs is starting to.

    YEP....

FYI: PMI is having Friday night drags on 8-12. I wouldn't leave anything outside the trailer that night. Also if you expect to sleep before 11 or midnight I would park out by the mini sprint track and move Saturday morning.

Holiday in is packed possibly booked by now and they were charging 125 a night. I booked at the Super 8 on the south end of Fountain. I told them we were with the MRA and she gave us a "business" discount so it was $55.21 a night. If you call tell them you are with the MRA. 17193824610 Hoopty and I have stayed at the Super 8's almost every race down that way and they are good quality... Pueblos was even newly remodeled... its Ashli approved

Which Super 8? I stayed at the one off Hwy 50 for R2SL and will never do that again. The room was the biggest shithole I've been in (well, 2nd biggest anyway, the first on that list is the Fairfield in Orlando), and the hot tub had green shit growing in it. At least the room didn't have roaches hanging out like La Junta... (Though I gotta say, the roaches were pretty chill, didn't make noise or trash anything.)

For PPIR I booked at the Comfort Inn off of Circle Drive in the Springs for $70/night. The non-shitty hotel is worth the extra IMO.

I'm going to talk to a couple hotels around Pueblo and see what I can do about getting a standing MRA discount. They do it for other groups, and we're there enough that they should try and get the business.

We always stay at this Super 8 as well. The only down side is now hot tub or pool at this one but its pretty new and clean.

I booked early in May and it was 46.00 a night with 2 beds.
