My renters are moving out Aug. 1, so my condo will be available then.

It is a technically a 1 bedroom place with an office, but we used the office as a second bedroom when we lived there. It's 800sq ft. It has vaulted ceilings, new hardwood floors, fresh paint, an oversized tub, covered porch, dual sinks in the bathroom, and a lot of storage room.

The garage is a one-car garage (non-attached). The condo is at Parker Road and Florida in the River Rock Condo complex. It is a nice, quiet, gated community.
