Is the competition still between Holden and Ford lol. I remember when I lived there. They shutdown all the street and what you do is stay in one of the hotels and watch from the balcony.

    Love that series.

I'm anxiously awaiting the sale of F1 tickets for 2012. Target date right now is mid June right after the Canadian GP. So stoked!!!

    Group ride to F1?
Do not put off living the life you dream of. Next year may never come. If we are always waiting for something to change...
Retirement, the kids to leave home, the weather or the economy, that's not living. That's waiting!
Waiting will only leaves us with unrealized dreams and empty wishes.

I think the Austin GP officials are trying to petition the FIA to have that race moved toward the end of the season (October November time). Too many people are afraid that it's going to be too hot in June.

Sounds like a good idea to me, going to be friggen hot in Austin in the middle of June.

They want it right after the canadian gp for obvious logistical reasons, but if nobody shows up because of the heat...

Am I imagining things, or is the second car in this pic off the ground?

Australian V8 Supercars, what NASCRAP cars SHOULD be!
