Be polite. Be professional. But be prepared to kill everyone you meet.

Yeah, a few of us almost speed bumped him again. That was a goofy start, everyone just funneled into turn 1 in one big mass of bikes.

Yes, off the start of MWSB. I got pinched into the inside going into the House turn, but (and stupidly) I didn't want to give up the 1/2 spot that I'd already lost, so stayed on the gas, but ended up running through the dirt on the inside, then back up onto the track and into the rider that pinched me off (I think it was Corbin Swan #900). Anyway, I hit him, then lost control & went down. I'm glad I didn't take anybody else out with me.Originally Posted by AshliRider44";p="237464
I didn't think anybody had gotten pictures - they do help explain things, because the corner workers said the bike flipped over onto it's right side when it hit the dirt, but it's clear that it was already sliding on the right side, probably right off the bat.
Thanks for the pics!!!

Head's fine. Jaw is a little sore (not sure what happened there, but it's about the same as when I dented my tank with my chin-bar). My right shoulder, neck, back, & chest (ribs) are pretty sore too - it hurts when I take a deep breath, but nothing serious.

Your back end came up first which tossed you forward, then the front of the bike bounced a little which met you halfway. At that point you were bumped off the bike and rolled a couple of times (right shoulder hit first), and the bike slide on its right side (I don't think it flipped over again after that, but at this point I was more concerned about hitting you so my attention was in that direction).Originally Posted by Spiderman";p="237692

Ouch! Bob, you have issues with that turn one, don't you.Originally Posted by Spiderman";p="237499
Yeah, Corbin had a nice big black stipe of rubber on his leg from your tire. You (or your bike) must have T-boned him because it was on the front of his thigh!
Glad you came out ok and the bike was still able to race all day.
