    *threadjack* A radiator overflow container should never be empty. When cold it should be roughly 1/3 full, this insures that after the next heat cycle as the motor cools and the water contracts, the vacuum effect will always pull in more water instead of air.

    Never liked the term overflow. I believe a better/proper term is expansion tank.
