How do I do that? Will it interfere with the heating of the grips at all?

I tried safety wire and it does nothing because of the hard plastic tube inside the grip. If Daves super epoxy lasted a year you might try to get more of that. I just went back to heated gloves and gave up on the grips myself

I dont recall there being any hard plastic inside the grip. Seems that it was all very flexible. But, it has been a while......
