ps my pops(who is a chevy guy) bought a lot (a group of, not qty) of engines from a speed shop that went under back in the late 70's in Illinois where I'm from. A cammer was one of the motors. He took it to a local ford dealer to have an og tech time the motor. The guy made him an offer of $3g and my dad took it! So he sold off most the other shit over the years yadda yadda... ps- he bought the 15 motors(incl the sohc) for AN THOUSAND DOLLARS $1,000.00!!! fml

Yeah it's aftermarket...cause og cammers are pretty much unheard of in the for sale section I knew a guy who had 2. Built one up and stuck it into....a mustang 2. Saw it run at all ford day a while back and it was only hittin mid 11's. Was a shame

changed directions with the heads, the afr 205 were unbelievably priced from a retailer out in Ca.. I was able to split the cost via summit card & cash w the tfs heads
front cover & pan done... gonna check p2v clearance once the kids are asleep.
checked pushrod length & dialed it in(center mark on valve tip) piston to valve clearance is HUGE! long block buttoned up! rear main, flywheel p plate & clutch, bell trans ans IN!!!!
