Even though I've been struggling with bouts of insomnia (as you can tell by the posts timestamp) I'll try and hop in. Never done a group ride before so I'm up for something fun/new.

Sashwho's ride is the one departing from Thorco which is the Conoco gas station on the southwest corner by the RTD station. These guys are leaving from Moco which is the Conoco off Morrison and C-470.

Alright thanks. I'm assuming this isn't rain or shine, and I'm seeing rain... Is the forecast better in the afternoon? Tentative plans to meet up mid-day somewhere?

7 was nice. A bit brisk in the last 10 miles or so dropping down into Estes.

I'm shocked you didn't get the scapegoat ticket. We started beating up 7 at about 11am and you could sit at the bottom of the canyon and hear bikes screaming up and down. I was sure that based on this and the fact that the highway was deserted of cars, someone would get the brunt of it.

I had wonderful day riding with you guys. The morning was a bit chilly and damp but afternoon turned out great. Thanks again to those with more common sense than me for pointing out daylight saving time change.
