Ummmm, from a strength perspective, I think that bolt is a kind of sketchy prospect. First, I'd make sure that's at least a grade 5 or, preferrably, grade 8 bolt. Second, with the added leverage on that (the thickness of the aluminum spacer under the blot head) you might be overstressing the bolt. If the bolt can't provide enough clamping force (without crushing whatever is going to be under the nut) to prevent ANY movement then the spacer is going to walk, and the bolt then WILL fatigue and fail. Not knowing the final mounting, I can't 100% say, but I'd be REALLY careful with this. I'd have a degreed Engineer look closely at this. Hate to see it fail and have you get hurt or killed. Any heavily-loaded part like this really needs to be thought out.
