Are you licensed as a general contractor? If so, I have a huge list of stuff I want to get done over the next ten years; including the addition of almost 800 sq/ft, a major deck overhaul, a new driveway, and a slab back-patio with a roof that matches the house.

First up, a privacy fence(or 48" fence if permitting issues arise).

Im in the process of getting my GC licrnse. But i can still do most of the things you mentioned. What county you live in? Some only require goin to the toen hall or county building and paying a fee for it. Same when pulling permits.

I have done a ton of privacy fence this year!
