    Nice shots!

Just a tip, try tungsten white balance next (or swap it in Lightroom if you shot RAW; somewhere from 2850k to 4k should look "right"). It makes the night landscape look a little more like "night".

brushed some dust of the cam and whipped a couple of my nicer watches out.

Spent a hour or so shooting and editing in lightroom. I really need to find more time to learn more about "proper" photography and keep teaching myself lightroom!!

    Thoughts/critiques?

    Great start! Thanks for sharing.

My 2-cents... invest in a cheap tripod, a cheapo bulb trigger, and a flashlight (all of which can be had for under $50 combined), and read Alex Koloskov's tutorial on light painting for products...

You will minimize the glare issues, and really control every aspect of the light that illuminates your product.

    wootsy!

Love the read! I went ahead and tried to implement those techniques this morning.

Took me quite sometime to start figuring it out.

Here are a few shots i did with that technique. Am I doing it right??
