We had someone take off in an Icon jacket at Coyote last week some time. I remember him by face, and trust me if I see him riding I will write his license plate down and hand over the footage to the police. Scummy motherfuckers

1 of them, the one with the dumb*ss grin on his face.
That's a good start. I wonder what he's going to get

hopefully judge makes him wear an embarrassing sign on broadway in front of Performance Cycle saying something like:
I was smiling while stealing,
Store owners, employees, and customers are the ones smiling now since I was caught!!!
I like it. Maybe wash the paying customer bikes

Sorry to bring up old shit, but I'm glad at least one of the fuck heads got caught.
Naa he shouldn't be allowed to touch a bike for the next 5 years. What he should be doing is washing the Performance Cycle building with a toothbrush while wearing a sign with his smiling photo from the cameras.
"With every broken bone, I swear I lived."
I'm surprised the Police haven't pushed him to give up the other guy (I'm actually sure they have).
Down in Pueblo he'd get a ticket for Theft, and then the Judge would decide punishment. However, if it were me, I would have spoken with the store about how well these two are connected, since I'm sure they're friends. Push the one to give up the other, and if he doesn't I'd tack on False Reporting, for knowingly making a false statement to authorities which interferes with the performance of their lawful duties. So essentially he pays the fines for his friend that he wanted to protect. Works for me!
