    New plastics!!

I will be purchasing an entire new set of plastics for the ninja this weekend however I can't decide what color I am going to go with. Right now the ninja is matte white my options are matte black, gloss black, or gloss white. All are the same price I just can't decide. What do you guys think?

How much are those HID kits? I've got halos in now so the headlights won't be too hard to take apart again.

No but the current plastics are pretty haggard it's time for new ones. I repainted them last winter yes.

    $22.50 each + shipping.

I used 2 of the DDM Tuning Kits on my GSXR 1000.

I went with 5000k for the color and it gives a very usable white (with a tinge of blue) light. Tons of it too.

Took a little effort, but was a pretty straight forward install.

Man black looks cool..... but now days everyone is doing some sort of black and blacking out everything from cars to bikes. You should do something thats just you. Some sort of custom paint that screams grim. So to do that i dont think this job can be done with one or two colors.

Matt black with HID's & halos does sound sweet. What company are you getting your plastics from?

I would do the custom paint deal myself but i do not have the ability to do my own paint jobs any longer, or even powder coat. I did the Matte white myself and decided this time to just buy the plastics in the color i want, i am leaning more towards black but i have gold accents on the bike, and i am thinking about having a Grim decal made to go on both sides of the bike

DHgate.com has the best deals out of them all, ive been doing my homework for the last 2 months. There are a couple of videos on you tube of people doing a walk around of their bike after installing plastics bought off DHGate. They look good.

    I love this blue/black combo http://www.ebay.com/itm/Fit-Kawasaki...58a8c8&vxp=mtr

Not a Kawi green fan, but I think this green/black combo is killer and not at all common. The green almost looks like a matte or satin finish.

Love this race replica set. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Fairing-For-...16c873&vxp=mtr

Well most people out there may do the scheme colors but about a percent of them are done properly. That's where the difference lies

I was referring to people saying that black is played out or is the new chrome. The current gold you have on the bike plus matte black with that decal blending in with the matte would look sick imo

Unfortunately they don't have anything but blue/black for my R1. Was hoping to find gloss white.

I am with Damir on this one. My Speed triple is a combo of gloss black, matte black, and gold. I love it.

    Damnit grim.

Now you have me thinking about new color schemes for my 1000. Its plastics aren't in perfect shape, so it could use some TLC...
