So I just picked up a Google Nexus 7 tablet for school purposes...

Basically I'm looking for a handwriting-to-text type of app that comes recommended. I don't mind paying for it if it works well, but obviously free is better.

If it could do math expressions that'd be optimal seeing as I'm in chem and math.
