There is a large portion of those that could have been mitigated by the riders riding smart instead of what they were doing.

Lots of uncontrollable wrecks, like the one where the car bounces up on top the rear wheel, bounces past the bike and drives off, but a lot of those are too fast for conditions, lane splitting, etc and asking for crashes.
