    Re: Annual BBQ?

I've dropped the ball with the follow-up that I proposed I would do. If anybody would like to pick it up and contact the P&R dept. to see if there are no scheduled "bookings", we may still have success with this. Here's the information that Erik gave earlier:

    +1
But it would behoove us to at least tell them we're coming with a few hours notice. A day would be ideal.

If you tell them you're going to show up Sunday with 100 paying customers, they'll probably staff the joint for a few hours. Of course you will not get 100 CSC'ers to show up and pay for food, so that plan may be shit.

    Re: Annual BBQ?

as a Jabo's regular I can confirm that it is the best barbecue around. However I can also tell you the place is not that big. I dont know how many come to these events but without actually counting seats I would guess the seating capacity is around 40. It is also mostly booths so rearranging is not very easy.

    Re: Annual BBQ?

Doesn't seem like there's all that much interest so I don't think that would be much of an issue. I could be wrong though.
