    Any Uly riders here?

I'm looking to get an '08 before next riding season and curious if anyone else around here has ownership experiences.

You will be lucky to find many here that even know what you're talking about.

More advice would be available on www.advrider.com . I took a demo ride and its a nice bike. Don't know much about the longterm reliability.

I have an SV1000 nowand love the motor but don't want the maintenace of the valves, chain and what not. Besides, I think the Wee is possibly the ugliest bike ever made. No offense intended toward anybody.

Hey all I am new to this site. I hope to ride with a few folks after this deployment is up.

Anyway I just did a search for Ulysses riders and well this popped up. I just bought a 2008 Ulysses this summer while home on leave from Iraq. I was able to get about 500 miles on the clock.

I love it. Fast, comfortable, unique, fun in the twisties. Rode up to Lake Tahoe from Genoa then down to Carson City, back up to Virgina City then home to Fallon. Was a very nice ride.

I'm glad you like your Uly. I ended up not getting one as life usually does with me, has gone another direction. I hope you get a chance to rack up some miles before winter.

    Thanks for your service.
